(FOA)

A collaboration between 1 Utama Shopping Centre’s ONECARD, Friends of the Arts (FOA) is our Membership program designed to reward loyal patrons of PJPAC. FOA members get access to special early bird deals, birthday specials, and FOA-only tickets to performances and events at PJPAC along with other seasonal exclusive offers.

TERMS AND CONDITION

  1. By becoming a member, you agree to the Terms and Conditions. Application for FOA membership constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. PJPAC reserves the right to reject any application and to amend the terms and conditions without prior notice.
  2. Eligibility:
    • No age limit, except for ONECARD Kids+.
    • Nationality: Any as long as a ONECARD Member.
  3. UPoints Collection:
    • UPoints collection is applicable for tickets purchased through www.onetix.com.my or at PJPAC Box Office.
    • Members must provide their registered mobile number tied to their ONECARD account for FOA status identification when purchasing tickets in person. Online ticket purchases must be made using the ONETIX account linked to the ONECARD account for UPoints tracking.
  1. Each FOA account is non-transferable and non-refundable.
  2. FOA Status Renewal:
    • For existing ONECARD members: FOA status will be automatically renewed upon meeting the minimum requirements of accumulating 200 UPoints from attending 3 different ticketed shows within a calendar year.
    • For existing ONECARD LUXE members: FOA status will be automatically renewed upon maintaining ONECARD LUXE membership.
  1. Failure to meet minimum requirements will result in automatic termination of FOA membership.
  2. Membership validity:
    • FOA membership is valid for 12 months from the date of activation, unless specified otherwise in special promotions.
  1. Members will be duly notified in case of discontinuation of FOA membership due to unforeseen circumstances.
  2. Prices indicated may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes.
  3. The 15% Café discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions. It is only applicable for ala-carte menu items. 
  4. Free Parking is applicable to 1 Utama Shopping Centre and 1 Utama E parking spaces including ONECARD Preferred Parking. Free Parking applies ONLY to tickets purchased at least 24 hours prior to the show date and time.
  5. Free Parking is NOT applicable for One World Hotel, The Club Bukit Utama, Centrepoint Neighbourhood Centre, 1 First Avenue, Plaza IBM/KPMG Tower, 1 Tech Park, and 1Powerhouse.
  6. Free parking applies only to tickets purchased at least 24 hours prior to the show date and time.
  7. PJPAC/ONETIX reserves the right to amend or withdraw FOA benefits or ticket specials without prior notice.
  8. PJPAC/ONETIX/ONECARD reserves the right to cancel an account without refund for any breach of FOA membership terms and conditions or ticket sale conditions.
