Here are some frequently asked questions about PJPAC.
By Car
Park at 1UE Basement carpark and take the elevator up to Level 2 (Follow PJPAC way finder along the way). For clearer directions, kindly scan the QR code “How to get to PJPAC” on the bottom right of your ONETIX ticket (if you have one).
Alternatively, you could also park at any 1 Utama Shopping Centre Carpark and make your way toward 1 Utama E, Level 2.
By MRT
Hop on the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) line and alight at the EG 9 Bandar Utama MRT station at 1Powerhouse. Then walk with ease through the MRT Direct Access via Pintu B to enter 1 Utama Shopping Centre. You can then take the elevator or escalator to Level 2.
By Bus:
The 1 Utama bus terminal furnishes travellers with a variety of travel options and destinations. Pick your favourite mode of commute from various bus and coach terminals such as Rapid KL, Skybus, Aeroline, Genting Express, ONECARD Express, Grab and Taxi Services.If you’re in the nearby neighborhood, you can hop on the PJ City Bus or ONECARD Express Bus to get to 1 Utama Shopping Centre.
By Taxi/E-hailing:
Through your preferred taxi or e-hailing services, indicate “PJPAC Drop-Off-Lobby” as the destination. The drop-off point is located at 1 Utama E, Lower Ground and once you have alighted your vehicle, take the elevator to Level 2. You will immediately arrive at PJPAC, entering through The Theatre Café.

No reservations of any kind are allowed.
Tickets purchased via Online will be e-mailed and/or a QR code will be sent to the registered mobile number to be scanned for admittance at the event hall.
Discounts are applicable on selected shows and events depending on the show organizer.
There is no specific dress code for PJPAC; however, it is recommended that patrons dress with decorum appropriate for a performing arts facility.
Patrons are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the show to allow ample time to freshen up before the doors open and prevent any likely delays.
For shows that do not have an intermission, latecomers will not be permitted; however, for shows with intermission, our Front of House (F.O.H.) team reserves the right to deny admission to latecomers until the first logical break in the performance at which time latecomers may, at the discretion of F.O.H. team, be seated in available seats in the rear of the theatre. If such seating is not available, latecomers may be held in the appropriate lobby until the first intermission.
No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction is confirmed unless the show is cancelled or postponed.
For all tickets purchased, an e-ticket will be sent to all patrons via e-mail. In case of lost or stolen tickets, patrons are required to present the e-mail for verification purpose and to retrieve the QR code to enter the event hall.
Photography and videography of any kind without prior permission from the management is strictly prohibited. If you are attending a performance where photography or videography is allowed, please ensure that your camera does not beep, or flash.
Food and beverages are available for sale at The Theatre Café in PJPAC, to be consumed in the designated areas. However, food and beverages are strictly not allowed in Stage 1 Theatre and Nero Event Space.
Stage 1 Theatre is designed with numbered seating, therefore every ticket purchased will have an assigned seat number to be followed. Whereas, Nero Event Space seats will be assigned on first come first serve basis.
Yes. We have wheelchair access to both our stages and wheelchair friendly restrooms.
No, lap seating is not recommended as the baby / toddler is counted as one headcount (which means he/she may be required to pay for a seat; at the discretion of the show producer). Each hall has its own maximum seating capacity as per the safety regulation. If the baby / toddler is not counted as a headcount (being tracked by the ticketing system), that means the show potentially could have many more unaccounted patrons inside the hall. During an emergency or evacuation, this can complicate the process.
Yes, for ticket holders of selected shows, there will be appropriate spaces away from pathways to park prams.
Unfortunately, we do not have a baby changing room separately; however, we have a baby changing table in our wheelchair restroom. As for the nursing room, we have one located on Ground Floor of 1 Utama E.
