A collaboration between 1 Utama Shopping Centre’s ONECARD, Friends of PJPAC (FOP) is our Membership program designed to reward loyal patrons of PJPAC. FOPs get access to special early bird, birthday specials, and FOP only tickets to performances and events at PJPAC. Other seasonal exclusive offers will also be available.
How to Become a FOP?
Sign up for a ONECARD.
Accumulate 200 UPoints from ticket purchase of any PJPAC ticketed show via ONETIX or PJPAC Box Office AND transacted at least Three (3) different ticketed shows in PJPAC (different show name on different time/day) within a calendar year.
Terms and Conditions
As a member, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Application for a membership with Friends of PJpac is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. PJpac reserves the right to reject any application to participate in the FOP membership.
- Age Limit: Not applicable for ONECARD kids.
- Nationality: Any as long as ONECARD Member
- Existing ONECARD members: Collect 200 U Points and above for 3 different ticketed shows within 1 calendar year.
- Existing ONECARD LUXE members: Automatically becomes a FOP member.
- NON-ONECARD members: Apply for ONECARD before purchasing tickets for the first time and become a ONECARD member. (Follow Existing member rules).
- The U Points collection is captured only when tickets are purchased through the following: www.onetix.com.my or at PJpac Box Office.
- Members must provide registered mobile number tied to their ONECARD account for FOP status identification when buying tickets in person. Members who purchase tickets online must also log in using the ONETIX account tied to their ONECARD account so that the U Points collected can be tracked for FOP status purposes.
- Existing ONECARD members: FOP status will be renewed automatically after the current membership expiry, for those who meet the minimum requirements of collecting 200 U Points and above for 3 different ticketed shows within 1 calendar year.
- Existing ONECARD LUXE members: FOP status will be renewed automatically after the current membership expiry, for those who meet the minimum requirements of retaining the ONECARD LUXE membership.
The expiry date of FOP membership account cannot be suspended or extended. With the exception of the following and/or special promotions, each membership term starts on the date of activation, and ends 12 months from the date of status activation.
PJpac/ONETIX/ONECARD reserves the right to cancel an account without refund if there is a breach of any of the terms and conditions of the FOP membership and/or conditions of sale of tickets.
- FOP promotions are available for selected events held at PJpac if applicable.
- When applicable, FOP ticket promotions will be available online at www.onetix.com.my or at the PJpac Box Office.
- Any FOP ticket promotions are ONLY applicable on the ticket categories specified for the events and non-concession price tickets.
- ONLY FOP members are eligible for FREE parking privileges on event date mentioned on the ticket(s) purchased, at all parking spaces including ONECARD Preferred Parking except Office Building parking lots. This applies ONLY to tickets purchased at least 24 hours prior to the show date and time.
- FOP members are eligible for RM15 Birthday rebate. The rebate is only applicable for ONE-TIME usage and valid for 3 months from the 1st day of the birthday month.
- FOP members are eligible for 5% discount at the Theatre Café upon minimum spend of RM50 in a single receipt.
