Here are some frequently asked questions about PJPAC.

1. How do I get to PJPAC?

By Car
Park at 1UE Basement carpark and take the elevator up to Level 2 (Follow PJPAC way finder along the way). Alternatively, you could also park at any 1 Utama Shopping Centre Carpark and make your way toward 1 Utama E, Level 2. Scan this QR code for the location of PJPAC.

By MRT
Hop on the MRT Sungai Buloh-Kajang (SBK) line and alight at the EG 9 Bandar Utama MRT station at 1Powerhouse. Then walk with ease through the MRT Direct Access via Pintu B to enter 1 Utama Shopping Centre. You can then take the elevator or escalator to Level 2.

By Bus/Taxi/E-hailing
The 1 Utama bus terminal furnishes travellers with a variety of travel options and destinations. Pick your favourite mode of commute from various bus and coach terminals such as Rapid KL, Skybus, Aeroline, Genting Express, ONECARD Express, Grab and Taxi Services. If you’re in the nearby neighborhood, you can hop on the PJ City Bus or ONECARD Express Bus to get to 1 Utama Shopping Centre.

2. What are the opening hours of the Box Office?

10am – 10pm (Sunday – Thursday) & 10am – 10.30pm (Friday & Saturday) .

3. Where is the Box Office located at?

Level 2, right in front of the Main Pre-Function Foyer as you enter PJPAC.

4. Can I purchase tickets over the phone, and how?

No. Phone purchase is not available. Kindly walk-in to PJPAC or visit www.onetix.com.my to purchase your tickets.

5. Can I buy tickets online, and how?

Yes. Kindly visit www.onetix.com.my to purchase your tickets.

6. Can I reserve tickets without paying?

No reservations of any kind are allowed.

7. How and where do I collect my tickets from?

Tickets purchased via Online will be e-mailed and/or a QR code will be sent to the registered mobile number to be scanned for admittance at the event hall.

8. Is there a discount for Senior Citizens, Students, Children below 5, Disabled or The One Card holder?

Discounts are applicable on selected shows and events depending on the show organizer.

9. Is there a dress code for performances at PJPAC?

There is no specific dress code for PJPAC; however, it is recommended that patrons dress with decorum appropriate for a performing arts facility.

10. When should I arrive?

Patrons are advised to arrive at least 30minutes prior to the show to avoid the frustrations of likely delays and interruptions.

11. What happens if I arrive late to a performance?

For shows that does not have an intermission, latecomers will not be permitted; however, for shows with intermission, our F.O.H team reserve the right to deny admission to latecomers until the first logical break in the performance at which time latecomers may, at the discretion of F.O.H team, be seated in available seats in the rear of the theatre. If such seating is not available, latecomers may be held in the appropriate lobby until the first intermission.

12. Can I exchange or get a refund for my tickets if I am unable to attend or bought the wrong tickets to a show?

No refunds or exchanges are allowed once the transaction is confirmed unless the show is cancelled or postponed.

13. What should I do if my tickets are lost or stolen?

For all tickets purchased, an e-ticket will be sent to all patrons via e-mail. In case of lost or stolen tickets, patrons are required to present the e-mail for verification purpose and to retrieve the QR code to enter the event hall.

14. Can I take photos or video recording of the performance?

Photography of any kind without prior permission from the management is strictly prohibited. If you are attending a performance where photography is allowed, please ensure that your camera does not beep, or flash.

15. Are food and beverages available for sale in PJPAC or can I bring my own into the performance hall?

Food and beverages are available for sale at The Theatre Café in PJPAC, to be consumed in the designated areas. However, food and beverages are strictly not allowed in Stage 1 Theatre and Nero Event Space.

16. Are seats reserved or can I sit as I please?

Our Stage 1 Theatre is designed with numbered seating, therefore every ticket purchased will have an assigned seat number to be followed. Whereas, our Nero Event Space seats will be assigned on first come first serve basis.

17. Is PJPAC disabled friendly?

Yes. We have wheelchair access to both our stages and wheelchair friendly restrooms.

18. Is lap seating allowed for kids below 8?

No, lap seating is not recommended unless the baby / toddler is counted as one headcount (which means he/she may be required to pay for a seat; at the discretion of the show producer). Each hall has its own maximum seating capacity as per the safety regulation. If the baby / toddler is not counted as a headcount (being tracked by the ticketing system), that means the show potentially could have many more unaccountable patrons inside the hall. During an emergency or evacuation, this can complicate the process.

19. Is there a place I can park my kid’s pram?

Yes. For ticket holders of selected shows only.

20. Is there a baby changing room and a nursing room?

Unfortunately, we do not have a baby changing room separately; however, we have a baby changing table in our disabled toilets. As for the nursing room, we have one located on Ground Floor.
